Order process Wheelylift
How to find and select products
Through the website and the application button on the home page will take you to an application form where you can also enter your order. You can make a choice between the following types:
- Wheelylift Type 0112
- Wheelylift Type 1224
- Wheelylift Type 1835
On this basis, we will contact you by email to further discuss your order and formalize.
Payment process
If your order is complete, you obtain an invoice. When paying your bill, your order will then be sent immediately, if your product is in stock.
Payment agreement
The order form’s completion and sending serves as the customer’s consent to pay the stated prices for the products ordered.
Sale contract realization
Our receipt of your order causes our mutual sale contract’s realization. By placing an order, you declare your acceptance of our GTC.
Deliveries
Directly paid orders received on business days (Monday to Friday) before 10.00 a.m. will be shipped the same day, provided the items ordered are in stock.
Stocked items of paid orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following business day. Provided that products are paid directly and in stock, our delivery times amount to approx. 3 business days. Shipments abroad last longer.
Self-evidently, products may occasionally be sold out and/or your orders placed might exceed the quantity of stocked items. In suchlike cases, we will send you an e-mail containing detailed information on your order’s delivery time. For any questions concerning your orders you may of course also call us.
In case dispatched items cannot be delivered to the address indicated, DHL will make up to two attempts to hand over your order. In case handover still fails then your ordered items will be stored at the closest DHL depot. You will be respectively informed and requested to pick up your order. You are entitled to cancel deliveries that are not executed within a term of 30 days.
Prices
Indicated prices are in EURO, include VAT and are exclusive of delivery charges. Postage and shipping costs are being charged sepataly and minimal amounts are EUR 10.95 including VAT. For every order you place, we will send you an e-mail confirmation including information on the respective total invoice amount and shipping charges.
Possibly, deliveries are subject to sales tax and duty in your respective country. Any costs arising therefrom are within your sole responsibility.

Wheelylift Type 0112 is suitable for any kind of bicycle of max. 12 kg, from racer to mountain bike.
Do you have a heavier bicycle we recommend you to apply type 1224 or type 1835. This type of Wheelylift is equipped with a gas spring with more Newton so that makes placing or removing of the bicycle much simpler. If you buy a heavier bicycle in the future? No problem you can easily replace the gas spring for another type which is suitable for your new, heavier bicycle.

Wheelylift Type 1224 is suitable for any kind of bicycle of max. 24 kg, from racer to city bike.
Do you have a heavier bicycle we recommend you to apply type 1835. This type of Wheelylift is equipped with a gas spring with more Newton so that makes placing or removing of the bicycle much simpler. If you buy a heavier bicycle in the future? No problem you can easily replace the gas spring for another type which is suitable for your new, heavier bicycle.

Wheelylift Type 1835 is suitable for any kind of bicycle of max.35 kg, for all kinds of e-bikes.
Do you have a lighter bicycle we recommend you to apply type 0112 or type 1224. This type of Wheelylift is equipped with a gas spring with less Newton so that makes placing or removing of the bicycle much simpler. If you buy a lighter bicycle in the future? No problem you can easily replace the gas spring for another type which is suitabel for your new, lighter bicycle.
