Exchange or return

Within 7 working days of receipt, you can exchange or return the products without giving any reason. If you are not satisfied or want to exchange the rule with us, the rule applies: not good = money back! The products must be returned to us in original condition. This means that the products must not be used and must be in original packaging.

If you want to exchange or return the order, we ask you to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. You can do this by sending an email to info@wheelylift.com to tell you that your order will return. You can then print a return form on our website. You can specify which new products you want to replace for this purpose. If you wish the money back, please also state the account number to which the amount is to be deposited, clearly with the name and place of residence of the account holder.

The shipping costs for the return are for your own account. Frankeer enough. We do not take care of any penalty port for too low or unfranked mail of returns. When returning, Wheelylift.com e.g. refunds the amount of items to your account within 10 working days of receipt.
